G2 Reviews Campaign
Terms and Conditions
- To enter the G2 reviews campaign you must provide your review via the special link provided in the campaign, and provide us with correct contact details as prompted. Information submitted to G2 will be subject to G2’s own Privacy Policy.
- By submitting a review of DottedSign on G2, each approved review will receive a US$20 gift card, sent directly by G2, and will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win a US$300 gift card!
- The G2 reviews campaign concludes on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to a technical error.
- DottedSign reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of DottedSign’s control.
- The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- $20 USD Gift Card: Issued only once for the first approved review on G2. $300 USD Gift Card: One winner will be selected randomly from all approved reviews and awarded a US$300 gift card.
- The US$20 gift card will be delivered electronically to the email associated with the participant's G2 account within 30 days of review approval.
- The US$300 gift card winner will be announced on DottedSign’s social media channels around Friday, June 6th, 2025. The prize will be delivered electronically within 5 working days after the announcement via email.
- DottedSign’s decision on all campaign matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this review campaign, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
- The winner’s names will be published on our social media and owned channels for announcement purposes only.
- The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, the Republic of China (R.O.C.), excluding conflict of laws principles. In the event of a dispute arising from the campaign, participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, G2, or any other organization.
- By participating in this Campaign, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.
